Spring and summer always give me the itch to purge, clean, purge some more, and live lighter. Spending a year with nowhere to go, and a lot more time indoors has also forced me to either sit with my mess, or organize and clean the world around me. I decided to organize and clean so that life feels a little bit less chaotic!

Cleaning spray bottles over Tea Towel and Hand Towel

DIY crafting is not my area of strength however, DIY cleaning solutions definitely is! I love experimenting and trying different combinations. Most store bought window cleaners are full of toxic chemicals and I much prefer to use natural
products to create solutions that work, and most importantly, are safe!
During one of my cleaning sprees, I was struggling to get my windows clean. My next stop was for a bottle of Windex. Luckily I found my miracle combination that became my secret weapon for crystal clear windows and mirrors! I have shared this with just about everyone I know and have only been given five star reviews.

Since you’re basically family, I’m going to let you in on my little secret. My only request is that you share it with everyone you know so that they, too, can finally look in their mirrors without cringing!

All Natural Glass Cleaner

Bowl of baking soda with a glass of vinegar

1 Part Water
1 Part Vinegar
A Pinch of Baking Soda (adds a gentle scrub)

That’s it!

The cliché “when something seems too good to be true, it probably is” does NOT apply here. This solution is as incredible as it is easy. It can be used on any glass surface, windows and even stainless steel appliances. Just spray, wipe, repeat and thank me later!

Happy cleaning!
