Cloth Napkin with fresh strawberries and strawberry basil infused water

One of my favourite things about the spa is the fresh fruit-infused water they have on hand. Somehow a sip of cold, flavourful water brings me to my happy place, especially on a hot summer day. A couple weeks ago we shared some of the benefits of drinking more water. Hopefully, you have been chugging away and if not, we are here to give you some recipes to motivate you. There are endless combinations of fruit, herbs, and veggies that can be used in water but I’m going to share my two favourites!

I love making a variety of infused-waters especially when hosting! It's also one small detail that can be added to your day to make you feel like you’re at the spa even if your “to do” list is staring at you!  Don’t be afraid to experiment. Try out different fruits/veggies/herbs to give your water the boost it needs. It’s not only tasty, it’s detoxifying, refreshing and hydrating! Enjoy!
